Pesto Almond Dip
I think we may have an actual addiction to this dip. Started out with buying “Bitchin’ Sauce” at the farmers market, and then realizing we can make it way better and way cheaper at home!
I can’t even take credit for this recipe. Steve most definitely made this up and has in turn PERFECTED it! Its a cousin to hummus, and honestly, I like it so much better. You can eat it as a snack with chips, on avocado toast, as a spread on a sandwich or even on a breakfast burrito! The possibilities are endless, and to be real, its the most perfect condiment…. well ok cashew cream makes it a close call.
You’ll for sure need a food processor or a Vitamix for this one!
