Mushroom Chai Latte
I love me a good chai latte. Ive been drinking them for years and they have always been my go-to since I’m not super into coffee. If you’ve been following me for awhile over on my instagram you know that I have been on a major MAJOR matcha kick. This matcha kick means lots of caffeine and a break needed every now and then. The discovery of the power of adaptogenic mushrooms gave me the best idea - replace the caffeine with brain boosting mushroom powder. With no caffeine needed, and you’ll most definitely get that extra lil help you need come Monday morning.
Coconut milk powder keeps this recipe creamy without adding any milk and this entire mix can be made in batches and brought with you traveling (minus the coco butter). This way you can have a mushroom chia latte too where ever you are, just add water!

Makes 2 lattes:
The Goods:
24 oz hot water
1 tbsp coconut milk powder
1 tbsp cordyceps powder
1 tbsp red reishi powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp ground ginger
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut butter
The Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately!
