Flourless Chocolate Protein Brownies

Makes 9x9 tray of brownies
The Goods:
1 large banana, peeled
1/2 cup Big Tree Farms coconut sugar
1/4 cup date syrup
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 chia egg
The Method:
Preheat oven to 350.
Simply, toss all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
Line a 9x9 baking tray with parchment paper, pour batter evenly into baking tray.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy with homemade oat milk or plant milk of choice
Store covered in the refrigerator, will last about a week.
